1. What’s included in my membership?

  • Membership includes unlimited access to the facility, unlimited classes, gym, pool (ages 16+), and spa (ages 18+). Additionally, you get a complimentary kickstart session and a personal training consultation.

2. Can I freeze my membership?

  • Yes, you can place your membership on hold for up to 90 days once per year.

3. How do I cancel my membership?

  • To cancel your membership, please visit the membership page. A cancellation form needs to be completed at least 3 days prior to the next billing.

4. Are there any membership rewards or referral programs?

  • Yes, we offer a Referral Program where members can earn rewards for referring new members. Ask our staff for details on how to participate.
  • We also offer monthly member appreciation days where light refreshments are provided and all guests are welcome without the need for a guest pass.

5. Do you offer any discounts for students, seniors, or families?

  • We offer special seasonal offers for students twice a year. We also offer a discounted senior membership and an “additional” member rate for anyone in the same household. 

6. Are there age restrictions for using the gym and facilities?

  • The pool is accessible for ages 16 and older. The spa is reserved for ages 18 and older.

7. What are the gym’s operating hours?

  • Lakeview Fitness is open Monday–Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM,  Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

8. Are there personal training options available?

  • Yes, we offer personal training sessions with certified trainers. You can book individual sessions or packages. Speak to our team at the front desk for pricing and availability.

9. How can I register for classes?

  • We have a user-friendly app where you can register for classes in advance.

10. What happens if a class I want is full?

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the app. You’ll be notified if a spot becomes available. These are filled on a first come, first served basis.

11. Are towels and lockers provided?

  • Kindly bring your own lock and towel for your convenience and comfort during your visit.

12. Can I bring a guest?

  • Yes, we offer 10 guest passes per household, per calendar year. Members can also inquire about discounted rates for family members in the same household.

13. How do I get access to the app?

  • After signing up for a membership, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the app and detailed instructions for setting up your account.

14. What happens if I lose my membership key fob?

  • If you lose your key fob, please visit the front desk for a replacement. You may also upload your key fob to the app and scan it in with your phone.
